The Central difference
Central Concrete has made quality fencing and agricultural products in reinforced concrete for over a quarter of a century. We have now brought our expertise to the monumental masonry industry to offer you an expanding, evolving range to meet your particular needs.

They are designed to current standards.
All products are a minimum of 3 inches thick and have a 28mm NAMM hole, deeply rebated for a fastening. This means that you are fitting foundations that comply with up to date NAMM recommendations. Installation is easier because the correct holes are already in place, saving you time and money.
 
We have, uniquely, produced an architectural edge around our foundations.
This means that the base looks properly finished when it is exposed in situ.

We manufacture our products in the highest quality moulds – other producers normally use wooden moulds.
This means that our moulds stay square and because we are casting to a very flat surface we achieve a fine finish. Wooden moulds tend to lose their shape rapidly and the finish suffers which means that you can fix to a perfect surface. 
 
We use low moisture concrete and high energy vibration.
This means that the concrete is fully settled into the mould and trapped air is expelled giving a very smooth finish with very high strength.
 
We make our products on semi-automatic lines, most producers hand fill their moulds.
This means that we can make items very efficiently, so you do not suffer supply delays.
 
We use consistent suppliers of aggregates and cement to produce an attractive off white colour, and we have computer controlled mixing and batching plant.
This means that you get the same product time and time again.
 
We reinforce our foundations with a steel structure that is designed to allow the base to flex and we use clips to support and locate the steel a minimum distance from the surface.
This means that you should not experience failures once installed. Correct steel placement means that you do not have foundations with steel on the surface which can rust, with consequent cracking or spotting problems.
